Ride has a variety of Insurance options for your peace of mind. We have:

• Ride Risky ( 0% cover for ancillary damage and full excess at $4000.00)
• Ride Value ( 25% cover for ancillary damage and excess capped at $2500.00 )
•  Ride Premium (50% cover for ancillary damage and excess capped at $1500.00 )
• Ride Executive ( 100% cover for ancillary damage and excess capped at $500.00 )

For sure — just fill in the “additional driver” section when you book and add “additional
driver” extra so they are added to the rental agreement.

Yes, a refundable bond is taken when you collect your car. Once it’s returned in good
condition, your bond is released. Deposit amount varies according to your insurance option
selected.

We can arrange after-hours drop-offs for your convenience — an after-hours fee applies.

Yes, all Ride vehicles are fitted with GPS trackers for safety and security.

No worries — we’ll contact you if any fines or tolls come through and handle it quickly.

Yes, you can travel up to 500km from Rides premises.

Just bring it back to our office (or your arranged drop-off point) with a full tank. We’ll do a
quick inspection and you’re all set.
